IF YOU WANT A ROOM YOU WILL HAVE TO STAY AT ONE OF THE MOUNTAIN GROVE MOTELS. SEE NEXT PARAGRAPH BELOW.
Rooms are first come first serve and when they are gone you will have to sleep at the campsite OR STAY AT ONE OF THE THREE MOTELS IN MOUNTAIN GROVE WHICH IS APPROX. 20 TO 25 MILES SOUTH OF THE CAMPSITE. THE STANDARD RATES RUN ANYWHERE FROM $40 TO $52 PER NIGHT. RON CAN PROBABLY SWING A GROUP DISCOUNT IF WE HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE THAT WANT A ROOM IN MOUNTAIN GROVE. THE MOTELS IN MOUNTAIN GROVE WITH THE BEST REVIEWS ARE THE MOUNTAIN GROVE HOTEL AND THE MOUNTAIN GROVE DAYS INN
Mingsville rooms are $30 per room per night for 1 person and $5 for each additional person.
Last year we did notice that there were limited towels and washcloths available so you might want to bring your own along with soap and shampoo. Personal towels, etc will have to be taken back to your room. There are numerous camper/rv hook ups with electricity and water next to the hotel if anyone wishes to bring their own rv. Showers and bathroom facilities are available for campers in the hotel. Ask me about pricing which is very reasonable.

Ron: Please block both bed’s in my room, I know one of two friends will be along this year and I will need the space.
Or make a room with a double bed mine and hold a two bed room for the other guys. (I’ll cover the cost regardless if they show up or not)

Are there other attendees staying at the place down the road? If so, I’ll take a room with 2 beds there. If not, I’ll take the 2 bunk beds.

Bill, I responded to your pm but would like to check with Craig to see what his thoughts are. He may want to camp so I hope we can change things around if needed.
