Now, how the hell is a fella supposed to follow that?
On a sad note, I am that member who was attending his brother’s funeral today. Many of you know my younger brother had been in a vicious fight against kidney cancer. Several of you offered prayers and kind thoughts and on behalf of the family, we are so grateful for your efforts.
He’s in a better place now and is no longer suffering or in pain. But I’ll always remember the kindness showed to me from the members of this board upon hearing of my brother’s affliction. May God bless each of you.

You must be strong because He has finished the race.

I have a couple of Mod 7’s in 308 and one in 223.
My wife had a 243 that would shoot 2″ groups at 300 yards all day long.
My 308’s shoot very good to 600 yards.
I had a 350 Rem Mag from the Custom Shop. It too shot very good and I really liked the round knob stock.
If was not using Blasers, I would still be shooting my 308 Mod 7’s most of the time.
They are a real sleeper in the Remington line.
I have seen around 20 or so Mod 7’s shot, ALL of them have been very accurate.

If it were not for Blaser’s, I would still be shooting a Remington M600 in 308Win. A friend of mine has it now and he whacks a Missouri Whitetail every year with it. It was set up like the original Cooper Scout rifle.
